Quinoa Nuggets

Today you will learn how to prepare a delicious dessert: QUINOA NUGGETS.

Ingredients

  • 6 medium sized potatoes
  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 2/3 flour
  • 3 eggs (preferably organic)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  • Linseed oil

Preparation Method

  • Boil the 6 potatoes until they are soft
  • ADD a little linseed oil to a separate pot and fry a finely chopped clove of garlic. Once the garlic is a little golden, place the quinoa and water to boil until ready. Let it cool for about 20 minutes.
  • MIX the 3 eggs in a bowl and add salt and pepper to taste.
  • MASH the potatoes when they are well cooked until they are puree. Add salt and pepper to taste
  • WEAPON nuggets figures.
  • PASS the Nuggets through the flour mixture, then through the egg and finally cover the Nuggets with the quinoa. Make sure they are very well covered
  • Turn the oven on to 400º C and let it heat up for a few minutes.
  • PUT the Nuggets in a glass or aluminum container and distribute the linseed oil very well over each one of them so that they turn out nicely browned. Bake for 20 minutes.
  • REMOVE the Nuggets from the oven and enjoy.
