Quinoa Omelette

Today you will learn how to prepare a delicious breakfast dish: Quinoa Omelettes.

Ingredients

  • 300 grams of quinoa flour (you can find quinoa in this presentation)
  • 160 grams of wheat flour
  • One teaspoon of salt and one teaspoon of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • Virgin or vegetable olive oil
  • Filling (in this case vegetables and cheese) you choose the one you like



Preparation Method

  • Beat eggs in a bowl
  • Add the complete quinoa flour, 100 grams of wheat flour, teaspoons of salt and sugar
  • Stir constantly with a few drops of the oil
  • Place oil, preferably vegetable, on a griddle (so the tortillas don’t stick)
  • Spread the dough with a spoon on the table.
