Today you will learn how to prepare a delicious and nutritious dish: QUINOA SOUP (CHUPE DE QUINUA)
Ingredients
- ¼ kilo of quinoa.
- 2 split corn.
- 4 yellow potatoes.
- ¼ kilo of beans.
- 150 gr of fresh cheese.
- 3 liters of water.
- 2 sprigs of chopped celery.
- ½ chopped leek.
- 4 eggs.
- 1 tbsp. of evaporated milk.
- 1 small red onion.
- Garlic, yellow chili pepper, oregano and salt.
Preparation Method
- Cook the quinoa.
- In a pot, fry the onion, add the garlic and let it brown.
- Add the yellow chili, oregano, salt, pepper and let cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the quinoa, the corn pieces, the beans, the finely chopped celery and leeks, the huacatay branch and, finally, the water.
- Let boil for 20 minutes.
- Then add the cut potatoes, the chopped huacatay leaves and let it cook.
- Add the cut cheese, evaporated milk and eggs.
