Ingredients
- 1 cup of quinoa.
- 1 medium carrot.
- 4 thin slices of fresh cheese.
- 10 tbsp. of evaporated milk.
- 8 soda crackers.
- 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil.
- 4 eggs.
- 4 olives.
- 4 lettuce leaves.
- 1/ 2 kg of potato.
Preparation Method
- Parboil the quinoa.
- For the cream, blend the cheese, add the milk, crackers, parboiled quinoa, oil, parboiled carrot, and cut into small pieces.
- Add salt to taste.
- To serve, place a lettuce leaf as a base and slices of parboiled potatoes, add the prepared cream and garnish with olives and parboiled egg.
