Quinoa with Huancaína Sauce

Hoy aprenderás a elaborar un delicioso plato nutritivo: QUINUA A LA HUANCAÍNA.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of quinoa.
  • 1 medium carrot.
  • 4 thin slices of fresh cheese.
  • 10 tbsp. of evaporated milk.
  • 8 soda crackers.
  • 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil.
  • 4 eggs.
  • 4 olives.
  • 4 lettuce leaves.
  • 1/ 2 kg of potato.

Preparation Method

  • Parboil the quinoa.
  • For the cream, blend the cheese, add the milk, crackers, parboiled quinoa, oil, parboiled carrot, and cut into small pieces.
  • Add salt to taste.
  • To serve, place a lettuce leaf as a base and slices of parboiled potatoes, add the prepared cream and garnish with olives and parboiled egg.
