- 1 cup quinoa
- 1 zucchini
- 1 red pepper
- 1 onion
- Carrot
- salt and pepper
- Oil
- Vegetables to taste
Preparation Method
Wash the quinoa well before preparing it to eliminate the bitter taste. Cook a cup of quinoa in three cups of water, in the same way as you do with rice. It takes about 20 minutes to be ready.
Cut the carrot, onion, zucchini and other vegetables you want to add into cubes.
Pour a splash of oil into a frying pan and sauté the vegetables.
When they are ready, mix them with the quinoa and add salt and pepper. An ideal dish as is or as a side dish. It’s delicious!
